decent stay overall

great location clean room comfortable bed unavailable staff wine selection wedding noise

the location was excellent , close to everything i wanted to see. the room was very clean , a big plus for me. the bed , i must say , was very comfortable after a long day of exploring.

the staff , unfortunately , weren't always available when i needed them. some wines listed weren't available , that's a bit disappointing. i also noticed a wedding happening right next to my room , it was quite loud even though i wasn't part of it.

The room was too small. Space for luggage was limited and became a problem. The bathroom was also small and this made things difficult.

flickering light mould covered mat

the room i was in was somewhat tired. the bathroom light flickered annoyingly. the non-slip shower mat had some visible mould. i'm not one to complain normally, but these things was pretty noticeable.

central location onsite bar noisy room no bottled water

The hotel location is very central. It made it easy to walk to many places. I appreciated the bar being located onsite.

I was given a room that overlooked a carpark. It was so noisy. I could clearly hear people and traffic as well as sirens. THERE was no bottled water in the room, and that surprised me.
